The fourth petition, which is also currently Promoted/Trending on the Change website,  is a brand new petition that asks Hasbro to make a new "Marvel Legends: Retro Spider-Man" figure of the Black Cat in her classic comic book costume, with new head sculpts and a grappling hook accessory.  This new petition has collected 16 total signatures so far and it can be found at the link provided:
