Hasbro: Make a "Marvel Legends: Secret Wars" Wasp Figure

Hasbro: Make a "Marvel Legends: Secret Wars" Wasp Figure
The Issue
In 2024, Hasbro released six action figures from the 1984 12-issue comic book series, "Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars", for their Marvel Legends toyline. The first wave of "Marvel Legends Series Secret Wars" figures consisted of the Beyonder, Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man in his black alien costume, Titania and Wolverine, respectively. In 2026, Hasbro revealed a second wave of six action figures consisting of the Absorbing Man, Constrictor, Daredevil, Falcon, Magik and Spider-Man in mid-transformation into his alien costume, respectively. However, one character yet to be made into a new "Secret Wars" figure is one of Marvel's first female superheroes, Janet Van Dyne a.k.a. the Wasp.
Created in 1962 by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, the Wasp is a founding member of one of Marvel's most popular superhero teams, the Avengers, and her character was a large focus of the 1984 "Secret Wars" comic series. However, a figure of the Wasp in her green-and-purple costume from the 1980s, featured in "Secret Wars", has yet to be made into a new six-inch action figure by Hasbro.
Since Hasbro has said a third wave of "Secret Wars" figures is possible if sales for the 2026 toyline are strong, we, the fans, would like to see a new figure of the Wasp included as either part of a third wave of "Secret Wars" figures or as a sold-separately release like the 2024 "Secret Wars" figure of Iceman. For the next Wasp figure, we, the fans, hope to see a new head sculpt of the Wasp and we hope Hasbro includes "shrunken" Wasp figurine and removable wings as accessories.
