ADDENDUM: Judicial accountability and evidence

Judges must also be held accountable.

If a judge approves or continues a removal without requiring the mandatory time-stamped photo evidence, or if a judge is caught showing any bias toward any parent, family, or community, that judge must be subject to an immediate independent review and removal from the bench.

We are asking CPS to prove it with photos. The court must be required to demand that proof. No more rubber-stamping removals based on paperwork, hearsay, and one worker's opinion.

No bias. No conflict. No photo evidence = No removal — from CPS and from the court.
