I would like to add something

If a CPS worker has decided to remove children from their home, they must be required by law to provide PHOTO EVIDENCE of ALL negative things they are claiming.

No more removals based on hearsay.

No more removals based on one worker's opinion.

No more removals based on a messy house, an empty fridge lie, or "future risk."

IF YOU CLAIM IT'S UNSAFE - PROVE IT.

If you say the house is dirty - show the photos.

If you say there's no food - show the photos.

If you say there's danger - show the photos.

Every claim must be documented with clear, time-stamped photo evidence given to the parents and to the court BEFORE any removal happens.

No photo evidence = No removal. Period.

Families are being torn apart on paperwork and opinions. If they want to take a child, they should have to prove it with real evidence.
