On August 12 ,2023 my nephew Oscar bejarano was the passenger on a car where Davis Silva was the driver. David Silva drove the car way over the limit and  crash the car he survive. My nephew die. David Silva still free hasn’t been in court. Because he has a brother that is a police officer the other passenger was injure and until today he is not able to work. David Silva hasn’t offer help or any apologies to the family. We seek justice. David Silva didn’t care when my nephew asked him to slow down.
