These children are being impacted by this because they are working long hours without getting paid fairly, which is against the law, and they are working in dangerous buildings. According to the law, children employed between the ages of 14 and 17 may work, but only for a certain amount of hours. Taking advantage of this, H&M is breaking international law by forcing these kids to work for unfair wages. Since the company is well known it shouldn't be a problem for these things to change and these children will start earning minimum wage. If H&M were to make this adjustment that would reduce the hours and they would be following the law. Since child labour is prohibited, we must act right away.
