Whereas unelected bureaucrat and illegal immigrant from South Africa Elon Musk has assumed authority and privileges of a US Person under false pretense and in clear conflict of interest, it is argued by petitioners that his citizenship and residency status should be rescinded or remanded back to an appropriate level by the US State Department. H1B visa, for example, could be acceptable if Musk can show valid employment. This problem impacts every American citizen while Musk operates in an undefined, unchecked administrator role in the US Department of Digital Services with neither congressional advice and consent nor election by popular vote. Mr Musk likely broke election law making payments to voters to secure this position which aims to decide the status of government contracts. Meanwhile, Mr. Musk is an activitist entrepreneur with billions of dollars in government contracts going to his companies, some a decade old despite work not beginning (see Boring Company). This conflict of interest, especially with Musk’s assumed role as a bureaucrat, leaves a clear impression that he is acting in an unelected position comparable or superior to offices established in the US Constitution. Simply, the rule of law is not operable when the richest person on the planet can go around 248 years of legal and judicial precedent unchallenged.

Currently, teams of outside advisors not hired or elected into US Government, without sufficient work histories, who espouse eugenicist white supremacist ideologies access sensitive government payment systems and digital infrastructure written in legacy coding languages (COBOL) which they have shown no qualifications to alter. If bugs in their changed code, or simple errors in these systems are left unchecked, the US can miss vital payments to citizens, bond holders, state and local governments, and vital government services. There is a real possibility of trillions of dollars of US taxpayer dollars to be stolen or misappropriated, for our national credit to be downgraded at the cost of hundreds of billions in borrowing costs, or for our foreign adversaries to use this opportunity to steal funds and secrets bought with US blood and treasure. There is no way to put a dollar figure on the danger to Elon Musk continuing in his current immigration status, his potential to damage the livelihood of Americans is bottomless.

As Elon Musk purports to send rockets into space and rescue astronauts, they keep exploding in the air and falling back to earth in flames. We must attempt to stop the damage being done by this person who has come to our society and tried to bend it to a set of values that does not fit with our country’s culture and traditions. Mr. Musk does not respect work or workers, does not believe in pluralistic society, holds an archaic and bizarre view of childbearing which involves trying to create an unnatural number of US Citizen offspring. US Citizens must protect our sovereignty from a would-be techno emperor, who does not care about this country, who is ineligible for elected offices that would give him access to similar power, who uses our people’s goodness and aspirations for his own ends. Cancel his legal residency immediately.
