While parents already have to worry about there children being Harmed at school; At least 9.2% of children were sexually molested, according to the Department of Health and Human Services' Children's Bureau.
Children are supposed to feel comfortable at schools and other educational facilities. Teachers and other adults in positions of responsibility in these institutions should be persons parents can rely on to protect their kids from traumatic.
Parents must now be concerned about teachers hurting their kids as well! Schools are increasingly tolerating spanking even though parents are advised not to. Physical punishments have a negative impact on children's behavior, so why use them again? Is it appropriate for a grown man or woman to use a wooden paddle to strike a 7-year-old boy? Daily incidents of school systems abusing children are reported. can range from physical abuse by teachers who are intended to make our children feel comfortable to sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and now even physical violence.
According to new data, more than 160,000 children in 19 states are subjected to corporal punishment in schools each year, with African-American pupils in a few southern school districts having a 50% higher likelihood than white students of receiving a smack or paddle from a school employee.
Missouri is one of the 19 states, mostly in the South, where corporal punishment is still allowed. Adjacent states that allow it include Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.
