End Bullying in Our Communities

End Bullying in Our Communities
The issue
The system is not fit for purpose. It allows bullies to thrive, unchecked, while victims are left to suffer in silence. Bullies don’t just act randomly—they’re part of a design. They gain control, dominance, and power by terrorizing others. Some even operate within networks that thrive on fear, greed, and social manipulation.
What kind of world are we creating if we stay silent? One where cruelty is normalized, empathy is drowned out, and injustice reigns. Bullies can wear many faces—from the neighbor who neglects their dog in the cold, to those who relentlessly target others for sinister reasons. Now, we face even darker truths:
Children are being harmed in places meant to protect them—like day care centres. People are being surveilled inside the privacy of their homes, even in their bathrooms. These are violations of the most intimate kind. Yet councils and police choose silence over justice. That is unacceptable.
Enough is enough. When authorities ignore these injustices, they become complicit. We must speak out against this cruelty, not just for ourselves but for those who cannot.
We must ask:
· What do bullies truly gain, and at what cost?
· Who empowers them, and why?
· If we don’t stand up now, are we surrendering to a future ruled by fear and hatred?
We must stop the greed for power, money, and control. We must stand united—for dignity, compassion, and humanity.
Bullying doesn’t just happen in schoolyards or online—it can infiltrate workplaces, social circles, and even the places we call home. I’ve witnessed—and felt—how bullying creates isolation, fear, and long-term emotional harm. No one should have to live in silence, especially within their own neighbourhood.
This petition is my call to action: for every victim who felt unheard, for every community fractured by cruelty, and for every person brave enough to believe in change. We're urging government officials at all levels—local councils, state leaders, and national policymakers—to implement stronger anti-bullying laws and intervention programs. That includes bullying among neighbours, a form that’s often hidden but painfully destructive.
Together, we can build a kinder, more empathetic world. With clear policies, support for victims, rehabilitation programs for perpetrators, and awareness campaigns, we can make sure no one feels unsafe in their school, workplace, or community.
By signing, you’re not just standing against bullying—you’re standing with those who need hope and healing. Thank you for believing that change is possible.

Update: The Weaponization of Bullying — When Institutions Silence Communities
Thank you to everyone who’s signed and shared this petition. Every voice matters — and together, we’re exposing a truth that many are too afraid to speak.
There’s a misconception that bullying is just senseless cruelty. But in many cases, it’s far more calculated. When powerful institutions like the CFMEU are implicated, bullying becomes a deliberate tool — used to silence inspectors, intimidate families, and control entire communities.
This isn’t just an Australian issue. Similar patterns are seen worldwide — from construction sites to corporate offices, where fear becomes currency and cruelty becomes strategy. We must name this for what it is: systemic abuse.
When governments, councils, and law enforcement fail to act, they don’t just ignore suffering — they enable it.
This petition calls for real accountability: 🧭 Stronger anti-bullying laws that include workplace, neighbourhood, and institutional abuse 🔍 Independent investigations into reported misconduct and systemic failures 📣 Greater support for victims and transparency in how complaints are handled
Please continue to share, speak out, and stand with those who’ve been silenced. The more we unite, the harder it becomes for those in power to ignore us.

Bullying in nursing isn’t just a personal struggle—it’s a systemic crisis that affects caregivers, patients, and public health at large.
🔥 60% of nurses leave their first job due to bullying by coworkers.
💰 Hospitals lose $4–7 million per year due to nurse turnover and burnout.
🚨 Nurse bullying contributes to poor work environments, lower patient satisfaction scores, and safety risks.
😔 Studies report increased depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and absenteeism among nurses exposed to bullying.
This issue spans every level—from nursing students to executive leadership. It’s called “eating our young,” but that term hides the true damage: this is targeted, destructive behavior in one of the most caring professions.
