End Breed Discrimination Cincinnati

The Issue

The City of Cincinnati has lost residents and tourist dollars because of their breed discriminatory ordinance. The ordinance does not enhance public safety and tramples the rights of responsible dog owners. The city is in conflict with the Americans with Disabilities Act, due to the US Department of Justice issuing a final rule concerning breed discrimination and cities who have restrictions based on breed. The State of Ohio has now repealed it's breed discriminatory law in favor of a breed neutral dangerous dog law that will enhance public safety. Cincinnati's citizens want a breed neutral dangerous dog ordinance that will enhance public safety by targeting reckless dog owners of all breeds.
