While medical Marijuana and other prescription and over the counter drugs are legal to use ! there is a law that says you can get a DUI just by a failed drug test! Even if you aren't impaired whether you are allowed to use or not! If u use drugs even CBD you have to give up driving!!!

so buy you signing this petition are aim is to remove this law and make it retroactive.

the law should be they can only charge dui if they have proof of dangerous driving or signs of imparment not by drug test because drugs can stay in a persons system for months

with this Chagnge in law should also include that if passed it shall make it illegal for any state agency to revoke , suspend or limit someone’s driving privileges when someone is found NOT guilty or there case is dismissed
