End All Forms of Animal Testing and Cruelty Globally

The Issue

I am a girl deeply moved by the countless videos showcasing the suffering of innocent animals in labs worldwide. The pain in their eyes is a stark reminder that our quest for progress should not come at such a high cost. It's time we put an end to all forms of animal testing and cruelty globally.

According to Cruelty Free International, around 115 million animals are used in experiments worldwide each year (1). This staggering number does not even account for the countless others subjected to cruel practices outside laboratories. These animals endure unimaginable suffering, often without any substantial benefit to human health or well-being.

Not only is this practice ethically questionable, but it's also scientifically outdated. Modern alternatives like organ-on-a-chip technology and computer simulations can provide more accurate results without causing harm (2).

This petition calls on governments, research institutions, and corporations across the globe to commit to ending all forms of animal testing and cruelty. I urge them to invest in humane alternatives that respect animal life while advancing scientific knowledge.

By signing this petition, you're standing up for millions of voiceless creatures who deserve compassion over cruelty. Let's work together towards a world where progress doesn't mean pain for our fellow beings.
