I am deeply moved to initiate this petition due to a personal conviction that silence in the face of injustice is complicity. The ongoing genocidal acts by Israel against palestine, which has led to numerous human rights violations and loss of innocent lives, is a matter that concerns us all. Yet, many celebrities with significant influence remain silent about these atrocities.

According to Human Rights Watch, Israeli authorities are committing crimes against humanity by methodically privileging Jewish Israelis while repressing Palestinians. This includes mass displacement and violence against Palestinians (source: Human Rights Watch report 2021). Despite these alarming facts, many influential figures who have the power to raise awareness about this issue choose not to use their platforms for this purpose.

This petition calls for people worldwide to unfollow and block celebrities who fail to voice out against such genocidal acts. By doing so, we can send a clear message that we expect those with influence and reach to use their platforms responsibly in advocating for justice and human rights.
