Hi! I’m starting this petition because I’m trying to convince my mom to let me get an iPhone 16 Pro Max — not just because it’s a new phone, but because my current one is barely working and it’s affecting my safety, schoolwork, and opportunities.

My phone freezes constantly, lags, shuts off randomly, and sometimes opens unsafe websites by itself. It’s unreliable in emergencies and makes it hard for me to stay on top of assignments, communicate with my mom, or work on positive goals like content creation and brand reviews.

The iPhone 16 Pro Max (refurbished, not brand new!) would last me several years, help me make better-quality videos for TikTok brand programs, keep me safer with better security and location-sharing, and give me a dependable device for school and learning.
