Today is May 6, and we are just 2 days away from the City Council meeting on May 8.

We currently have 343 signatures on our petition asking the Council to do one simple thing:
👉 Properly vet an alternate location for the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
That’s it. No demands. No ultimatums. Just due diligence.

✅ We’re aiming for 500 signatures by the meeting, and with your help—we can absolutely get there.
That’s about 80 people per day from now through Wednesday.

🔁 Please share the petition today.
Send it to your friends, neighbors, and family.
Let them know this is about doing the right thing—fully examining all viable options before committing millions in taxpayer dollars to a long-term project.

If the current site ends up being the best one after proper research, fine. But let’s make sure we can trust the process because the process was done responsibly.
