Encore have recently sent out their budget for Kingsbrook residents for the next year from 01 July 2020 - 30 June 2021. 
There has been a total increase in their budget of £86,178, up by 48% on last years budget. They have also budgeted £107,284 for “services to the Kingsbrook Management Company land.”. There was no money allocated to this last year and we have received no explanation as to what this money will be used for. 
Many Kingsbrook residents will agree that we are not getting much value for money from the Encore Estates service fee and expect answers from them to explain what our money is being spent on and why there has been such a large increase, especially when many of us were promised that charges would decrease whole villages on the estate had been handed over, as Oakfield village has been.

If you are unhappy with the amount Encore are charging and the way they have been conducting their business please sign this petition so that we can take this to them to get answers and ultimately a reduction in fees.
