My 12-year-old little sister, Deltrece Benson, was brutally murdered at home in Northeast Minneapolis, MN. Her murder has been unsolved for 36 years, as of February 10th, 2026. The case has remained stagnant, stuck in the files of the Cold Case unit. Tragically, the detectives involved have proven to be unhelpful, non-communicative, and unwilling to take a proactive approach. Their lack of diligence and optimism has allowed critical old and new evidence to go unexamined.
