There are many Nigerians who are encountering a persistent issue.

Adding payments on our iPhones using Nigerian debit cards has been challenging for years. Following the Central Bank of Nigeria's directive to cease automatic currency conversions to and from Naira, we've faced difficulties adding our Naira debit cards, as they're currently rejected on the iPhone's payment page.

Interestingly, Google has successfully enabled Nigerian Naira debit cards (Verve, Visa, and Mastercard) to work seamlessly on their Play Store.

Due to this limitation, I've had to switch to Android for my app subscriptions, including Crunchyroll, Spotify, Truecaller, and many others. 

We urge Apple to engage with Nigerian banks to find a solution. Consider the significant usage of your products in Nigeria.

If Google can resolve this issue, I believe Apple can too.
