As a dedicated PlayStation user, I find myself burdened with numerous unfinished trophy lists due to glitches and closed online servers. This issue is not unique to me; countless players across the globe share this frustration. Our gaming experience is marred by these unattainable trophies, which serve as constant reminders of our inability to complete certain games.

The current system does not allow users to delete or hide these incomplete trophy lists from their accounts, which can be demotivating. It's disheartening when we strive for completion but are hindered by factors beyond our control.

Moreover, according to a survey conducted by TrueTrophies in 2019, over 70% of PlayStation users expressed dissatisfaction with the inability to manage their trophy lists effectively (TrueTrophies Survey, 2019). This statistic clearly indicates that there is a significant demand for change within the PlayStation community.

We urge Sony Interactive Entertainment and its subsidiary responsible for the PlayStation Network service development team to consider implementing an option that allows users to delete unwanted trophy lists from their accounts. By doing so, they would enhance user satisfaction and improve overall gaming experiences on the platform.
