Greetings, 

How many times have you lost your job due to needing to take a fire assignment ? 
Am looking for signatures from other seasonal Wildland firefighters to provide to the NFFE-IAM about losing regular employment to help at times of crisis. 

NFFE-IAM is the union that represents Wildland firefighters in United States. 
They would like to see a show of hands of individuals who have had similar experiences. 
By drafting a bill to put in front of congress, our Brothers and sisters can take assignments and still have gainful employment opportunities after returning home from a fire assignment. 
This can become a National rule. 

The National Guard already has similar protections put into law since 1994 signed by Former President Bill Clinton.
