EMERGENCY VISA FOR WIFE & DAUGHTER TO VISIT DYING MUM IN UK

EMERGENCY VISA FOR WIFE & DAUGHTER TO VISIT DYING MUM IN UK
The Issue
My 82 year old Mum has recently been placed on palliative (end of life) care, with a DNAR order in place as the medical professionals have no permanent long term solution to her condition, which would provide any improvement to her quality of life.
For the last 2 years Mum has been to the hospital twice per week for blood tests and the 2nd day being for blood transfusions, up to 2 units per week, just to maintain her blood levels. She has had numerous gastroscopies, endoscopies and hospital admissions and the prescribed medication has only created additional issues, restricting her ability to live a normal life.
Mum also has dementia and is therefore not fully aware of her true condition, she is currently in a care home where the medical professionals predict that she only has between 2 to 12 weeks left to live.
I am begging the Home Office to grant my Ethiopian Wife and Daughter an emergency visa to come to the UK to be able to spend some time with Mum during her final days, also to provide emotional and physical support for myself and my Dad as we continue to care for Mum. Mum & Dad look upon my Wife as the daughter that they never had and my Wife considers Mum and Dad to be her 2nd parents.
The normal application process would potentially take too long, as we are already seeing the early signs of Mums deterioration, she is dying. Plusm more importantly, there is no guarantee that the Home Office would even grant my Wife and Daughter a visa, as two previous applications were rejected on the grounds of "we do not believe that your wife would return to Ethiopia at the end of her visa period". How can I provide that guarantee ?
The Home Office has clearly shown that it can issue visa waivers and visas outside of the normal rules, on humanitarian and humane grounds, but it would appear to be only to foreign nationals, not to the dependents of UK citizens.
My wife and I have been married for 11 years, the validity of our relationship has never been questioned by the Home Office, during which time we have spent less than half that time together, in the main due to the inhumane, discriminatory and biased immigration rules and requirements for the dependents of UK citizens.
Over a month ago I contacted and begged for help from our local MP, Sir Lyndsay Hoyle, this is the 3rd time I have requested his help, to no avail. Numerous phone calls and 9 emails have elicited no response from the Home Office through Lyndsay Hoyles office. Letters from the consultant and Mums GP have been sent to Priti Patel advising of Mums condition and prognosis and requesting that my Wife and Daughter be granted visas to visit - but still no response from the Home Office.
I am now begging for your help and support in signing this petition to pressure the Home Office in giving my Wife and Daughter the final chance to be with and say goodbye to a woman that has meant so much to them over the last 11 years. Personally I also need the help, comfort and support of my wife to get through this traumatic and emotional period of our lives. Never was there a time that I needed my Wife and Daughter more. Plus this will kill them if they never get the chance to see Mum before she goes.
