There are thousands of Pakistani students in Kyrgyzstan currently studying Medicine in different universities. They have been facing increased rate of robberies, mobile snatching, beating and fights with locals in different areas of Bishkek city. Whether it is day or night the students become victims of local gangs which attack them in Flats and on streets snatching everything from the students and then also beat them. There have been recent incidents when students were attacked and robbed even in their apartments. Policemen also ask for money from students and if they do not give it, they are beaten badly. If the students resist, they are beaten badly and are usually knocked out because the locals are trained. There have been incidents when taxi drivers also beat the students. The students are unable to defend themselves because they do not know Russian language and they are attacked in numbers.

The students do not belong from rich families so losses like these make a huge impact on their lives and students are scared after these incidents. Their families are worried for their children as well and they are directing each others to stay indoors and if they go out they go in groups. 

Please TAKE ACTION and do something! Prime Minister of Pakistan, Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Embassy of Pakistan in Kyrgyzstan and all relevant entities are request to please think about this issue seriously and take some action so that the students can focus on their studies and can stay safe. 

This is not just the issue of Pakistani students but also with Indians and other nationalities. They all are affected.
