"Iraq's economic and banking system has been booming since 2003, making Iraq one of the fastest growing country in the world. Not to mention millions of us now have access to the Internet. There are more than 2 million Iraqi users in contrast to 12,000 in 2000. Yet, that 2 million users lack a way to exchange money, shop online, use the auction websites.  And PayPal's being living under a rock about this opportunity to grow its services in Iraq. Allow PayPal use in Iraq--let Iraqi users exchange through PayPal. We need to wake them up. Tell them there are many of us. And we have a lot to offer."

To tell you my story, I am a web designer. I have been working with clients ranging from the United States to Japan. I use a freelancer's platform to manage payments, and the worst part is I can't withdraw revenue to a local bank because there is no connection. The same case applies to PayPal, of course, Iraq is not supported by PayPal, so there is not! Elon Musk, help us, as business owners, manage our payments with PayPal. PayPal is currently supported by 190 countries, include Iraq on the list! As for others, users wish to shop and pay through PayPal. 

In the end, If you live in Iraq. If you have someone in Iraq, need to exchange money with, Please, sign this petition and share this so our voice can get to Elon Musk and PayPal HQ!
