I am here to speak for all the students who can't express themselves with their clothes, and can't dress the way they want to dress because of the dress code. The districts excuse for the dress code is that it's distracting for people and always punish they student or tell the student to change. But maybe the root of the problem is the people who are being distracted? Maybe we need to talk to them about distraction? Maybe if the teachers or boys are so intrigued about knees or shoulders maybe that's their problem than ours. Students don't want to feel limited to what they wear so sign this petition to change it!
