As unit owners and a business operators in Azure North Residences, San Fernando Pampanga, we are deeply affected by the exorbitant pool fee charges that we are required to pay. This is on top of the association fees that we already shoulder. The cost is not only burdensome but also seems unjustified.

In comparison to other similar condominium complexes, the pool fee is significantly higher which is P200 per head per shift. According to a 2020 survey by the Real Estate Developers Association of the Philippines (REDAP), most condominiums do not charge additional fees for amenities if owners are paying association dues (REDAP, 2020).

This practice puts an undue financial burden on us as unit owners and negatively impacts our businesses. The management did not consult us or discuss with us (the unit owners) before implementing the pool fee. It's time for this unfair policy to be reviewed and revoked.

We call upon the management of Azure North Residences to eliminate these excessive pool fee charges immediately. We believe it's only fair since we're already contributing through our association dues.
