Many students apply to several colleges after graduating high school or simply transferring from one college to another. Many student's are penalized for applying to more colleges by having to pay large sums of money in order to be granted a chance for acceptance. College's already have students spend tens of thousands of dollars just to attend their school, making application fees even more unnecessary.
