It has become apparent that first year head coach of the Chicago Sky, Tyler Marsh, the youngest coach in the WNBA, was hired for a role which he was not ready for. While Marsh has proven his ability in player development, he struggles to keep up with the management of a game. This is readily apparent to anyone who attends the games.

The Chicago Sky are fortunate to have a former head coach on its bench, current Assistant Coach Tanisha Wright. It is also apparent to those who attend games that our players look to Wright for guidance rather than Marsh.

Our players are not in a position to speak out against poor team management, but Sky Fans are. We need to demand that the Chicago Sky elevate Wright to head coach now and move Marsh into player development for the remainder of the season.
