The companies and people listed in this petition, I am calling on you on behalf of all Ultimate Team+ Gamers internationally and worldwide. We are subject every year to the same game with a new year and cover athlete being the only real change. 

Every year, EA drops a yearly titled game for the respected companies ill mention below. While the “newer” game comes out progress and everything from the year before is gone and the cycle restarts with each latest release of the game of said genre.

Millions of Ultimate Team+ gamers have spent LARGE amounts of their hard-earned money on these modes whether it’s in the form of Madden, FIFA, NHL, MLB in its current and predecessors that come before. 

Every year, we have to restart these modes from scratch, regardless of the amount of money and effort put in the previous years game(s) and it all comes back to the biggest cash grab scam I’ve ever witnessed.

You have “bundles” that cost over $100+ Consistently in these modes only to gain items that mean absolutely nothing by the time week one of a season in its respective sport begins. 

not only is the game itself $60+ depending on what edition you order but the in-game modes have ridiculous prices for the value given in return.

Unfortunately gamers have gone blind due to Electronic Arts being the exclusive rights owner to the players we love and that being our only way to enjoy some of our heroes in real-life. 

They bank off of the loyalty of its gamers to the player likeness knowing we ultimately have no other ways to enjoy playing as some of our favorite people in the sports world which correlates into:

Disrespect from the customer service team. No resolutions to the continual game play errors that have been consistent problems to the gamer, Packs and bundles that cost 100$+ and your best card pulled is an 81 Overall FB from a team you’ve never seen in a playoff game ever. They drop different versions of the SAME players over a course of time only to increase the cash grab and take advantage of fan favorites player likeness to result in their increase of revenue, while not even MAKING AN ATTEMPT to fix the game or errors. These modes Ruined the games we enjoyed making it a cash grab for players likeness past and present. 

How is it, a Legend such as Troy Aikman can be used in ultimate team, where he has to be expensively purchased, but no other modes of the games if it’s in the game?

They refuse to add past years teams into the games play now modes only to maximize their profits 100% In the Ultimate Team Mode. 

it’s the biggest scam and we are the biggest investors that get their ass to kiss because it’s the only choice we have. 

you wouldn’t go to Wendy’s and order a 4for4, pay at the first window, then second window they give you 4 Large Waters and send you on your way.

It’s inhumane and after the horrendous and utter disrespect from the customer service rep, Rajat, I’ve experienced this morning due to a glitch on EAs end,

I vow to bring a change to this community and all other ultimate team modes that experience this type of abusive relationship between gamers and the games distributors.
