India though a thriving democracy and developing nation but there is still a lot to be done there are no planned cities no proper basic facilities like Electricity, Water Drainage, Cleanliness and Hygiene, Proper Education, Health Facilities Public transportation etc.

The reason given for all these shortcomings is there are not enough revenues and Corruption at Various Levels the Benefits from the government are not reaching to all the citizens.

Daily we hear the news of Various Scams and all the figures are in Billions of Dollars while some sleep without food or proper shelter to rest this is the irony that illiterate earns billions while deserving and qualified are trapped in EMIs and Taxes. 

                                  !!! THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED !!!!

But according to me, the Main problem is There are no competent people who lead us to represent us or govern us India has the legacy that Gali ka Gundas become Karyakartas and then some Leader and finally contest elections 

These People have been convicted in many criminal cases have all the black money business running and have set up fully effective cycle network of corruption.
 We also have Well Educated Diplomats and Bureaucrats but they too fail us whatever may be the reasons Maybe the bossing from illiterate politicians Pressure of Life threats or their own greed and Lust
These people already worth crores but still take A hefty salary and various concessions from taxpayers money
And what can we expect from such lobby where Law and Government both belongs to them
What are the Possible Solutions 

1. Candidates that will represent us should be decided by us and not the political parties
2. If in any election NOTA is 2nd largest majority all the candidates should be banned from contesting any election for at least 2 terms 
3. There should be an eligibility requirement of  Civil Political Service Exams based on UPSC or State Service Comision Exams for contesting for Mp or MLA respectively we don't want them to be toppers but at least they should know the area which they are representing properly.
4. All the politicians who are worth more than 20 million or higher should work for 1 INR salary compulsory and no Personal allowances should be given to them.
5. Every year all the politicians and Bureaucrats, Court Judges and Lawyers should take a psychometric test or Behavioural test which can keep in check their credibility intent for the development and progress of the nation (Artificial Intelligence should be used for this to ensure unbiased results)and their services should be continued or stopped according to results.
6. Monitoring of the area should be done by Drones and CCTVS to ensure proper Roads Electricity, Tree plantation Water Drainage, Cleanliness and Hygiene, Proper Education, Health Facilities Public transportation etc this should be implemented by using automatic AI-based system and concerned authorities should be held responsible and if the quality cannot be maintained for long time tax for those services should be waived. 
7. Every city should follow minimum township planning criteria to be eligible to charge citizens taxes. 

This is the definition of Ramrajya or Asgard for me��Although all the points seem impossible but top 4 points are immediately required it is high time only then we can achieve our full potential and become the superpower which Sir APJ Abdul Kalam dreamt of !!! And set an ideal example for the whole world��
