Election Challengers are either democrats or republicans (or both) that may be present at the polls during election days and they may challenge voters who are they believe are either not a resident, under 18 years of age, not a U.S. citizen, or not registered in the precinct. But are they really needed? Are they doing more intimidation than good? Well that's up to us citizens to think about. We already have poll watchers, couldn't they just be assigned to do what the challengers role is, as well as their own role? Challengers rarely show up to elections as it is, what is their purpose if they don't even have to be there? Us citizens are what are effected by this stuff, some may feel intimidated as there are just random people walking around looking at you to make sure you're not suspicious, one could see how this easily would be seen as intimidation. By signing this petition we may open peoples eyes in power to how unnecessary poll challengers are and we could start a big change in elections; it's up to us to start real change and you could start by signing this petition to eliminate election challengers!
