Apartment living is way too expensive now. Landlords are randomly choosing whatever price they want for rent,  by asking  for two months security and one months rent, with price’s that is equal to a mortgage payment when you don’t even own it.  Rentals should be monitored by cityhall , and be enforce of  the square footage rule. Landlords Should not be able to over charge for their rental, and should keep all tenants monthly rent payment in a escrow account and give back to tenants  the accumulated balance over the months and years a tenant has live. Landlords  who want to have a background checks , should be at their expense , and not by the future tenant expense. Times are getting worse , and there are lots of people jobless and homeless. There are families who have to move in with other family members, so that they don’t become homeless. People can’t afford the cost of living anymore. We need to get rid of this credit score value which is one of the causes people are not able to rent , and we need to value the people who are working and value the work they do “ no matter what job title they may hold .
