To : All that's listening This is my story ( the women that was mislead by the courts ) by ; Tjianna kelly My name is Tjianna kelly . I'm a native of shreveport , louisiana. Im currently housed at the Louisiana correctinal institute for women in st. gabriel louisiana serving a life sentence for second degree murder for defending me and my unborn child at the age of 23 I was mislead in the lst judistrial district courts by my judge the district attorney and my public defender I feel like I was mislead by them because I was very young and ignorant to the law and they used that against me I was arrested on January 24 1997 convicted November 20 1997 and sentenced December 17 1997 all this was done in a short period of 10 months not enough time to look deep into my case to present a reasonable motion and in a timely fashion I didn't even stand a chance in the court room it seemed as if I was fighting this case alone going up against the judge the prosecutor and the public defender and the public defender that was suppose to be representing me im a first offender never had a speeding ticket and was sentenced to a harsh sentence there was never a presentence investigation done on me to know my background the states witnesses gave conflicting statements and sentenced me to a life sentence the autopsy report was never brought to my trial nor the corner's office the prosecutor and my public defender both come to an agreement without the autopsy report that they had a victim and that she died from a gunshot wound how do I know do I know if the victim really died from a gunshot wound ? She could've died of a heart attack the autopsy nor the coroner was at my trial to verify their agreement being true the night of the crime the victim had a steering wheel locking device in her possession laying underneath her body the E.M.T medical technician rolled the victim body over and moved the steering wheel locking device 2ft away from the victim body that E.M.T medical technician wasn't suppose to have moved that device that was tampering with evidence because that device was evidence and it shouldn't have been moved by no one but the crime scene experts the E.M.T medical technician was never suppose to have moved that device that was tampering with evidence because that device was evidence and it shouldn't have been moved by no one but the crime scene experts the E.M.T medical technician was never called to court as a witness my whole case shows that I was mislead by the courts im reading out for help on my case I've been railroad in the 1st judistrial district court by judge John d mosely the assistant district attorney Bruce doris and the public defender david mc clatchey I even filed a motion in judge john d mosely court room to change my public defender David mc clatchey and judge john d mosely stated that he is denying me a new public defender that the only way I get another attorney is that I pay for one the only time I saw and spoke with my public defender was in court I didn't know what was going on with my case I didn't even know my constitutional rights and my public defender didn't make sure I did I started seeing my public defender when it was my trial that lasted only one day my trial was November 29 1997 and I was convicted the next day on November 20 1997 when I was arrested detective C.H Andrews with the shreveport police department asked me did I want a medical attention for my leg where I was stabbed by the victim I told him yes so he got me medical attention after questioning me and taken me back to the crime scene where I had thrown my weapon but it was gone he had a shreveport police officer to take me to LSU medical center in shreveport where I was treated for a stab wound to the leg detective C.H Andrews lied on his police report saying that I refused medical attention and that I told him that I hurt myself on the rail road if I refused medical attention why was I taken to the hospital by a shreveport police officer and treated me for a stabb wound ? And if I would have hurt myself on the rail road I would have scuff marks on my legs , knees , arm , elbows , etc and they would have checked my stomach to make sure my unborn child was okay because I was6 months pregnant the only mark I had was the stabb wound to the leg also detective C.H Andrews didn't write s report on the stabb wound until the prosecutor Bruce doris on my case called him and stated that he had a picture of my leg and that the wound looked like a stabb wound of some sort to him but he couldn't no paperwork on it and that's when detective C.H Andrews wrote a report lying saying that I told him that I hurt myself on the rail road the only railroad that was going on was on me by the courts now that's what should have been wrote how I was deprived of my life by judge John d mosely , assistant district attorney Bruce Doris and my public defender David Mc clatchey my case has a lot of questions to it and I need help getting something done about it the saying is true 3 strikes and you're out those 3 struck me out for life on my first offense this is my story could someone please help .
