We are trying to start a family and maintain a good quality and affordable life. My fiances father passed away January 26th 2013 and left us his beautiful mobile home. Edwards, Gerke, J.a.e. mobile home parks is denying us to be able to live in our own home because it resides on their lot and they view us as scum. We have never been treated respectfully by them and have been scoffed at ever since they found out we now own the trailer. They are discriminating against us in the sense that A. They are refusing to deal with us because we DID bring up the fair housing act and my fiance does have disabilities and can be regarded as disabled. B. Based on our appearance. Not only that but by not sending the application portion to our landlord for reference they aren't holding up their end of completing the application/doing their jobs.
