As we all know that india has most youth population with more unemployment.this is because of many reasons including lack of useful knowledge.This takes place due to the outdated syllabus in collages.I want to give an example that is an electronic and communication engineer student,now also learning the same concepts like telegram,telephone n switching networks.my question is,in this generation everyone going through 5g,futher networks but our future engineers still back on telegram n telephone is this necessary!!.Even the engineer who passed out with good percentage also suffering in job place.This is because the lack of working knowledge.The concepts that our engineering learning cannot be helpful in industry level that makes him an unemployed one."About 94% of engineering graduates are not fit for hiring", says this IT stalwart.For this I have solution that  is to change the aged syllabus to present industry level concepts,which makes engineers useful.Then I can guarantees india becomes most useful youth population with their dreamt jobs.
