This petition is file by students Union and students of Banaras Hindu university and  it's South campus of different faculty of students against BHU administration for charging high fees without any prior notice and  without any proper information on time . And also increasing fees without mentioning and giving proper information to students . And it's completely showing autocratic attitude of university administration for not giving any proper information that where this fees has been charging for and not telling us that where  this fees will be  allocated and it's completely snatching   our right of constitutional of right to information . And second  things is when students are not able to pay fees due to financial issue and other concerns issue so in this cause administration had not allowed us to take our viva and and after asking questions to administration by students that's why we are not allowed take our viva Even we are ready to pay fees in just sometime but administration says you will not allowed to seat in viva and you will allowed to seat in viva in next year . And most worst things is faculty is not giving any proper information about why  our fees is increased and where is being allocated .

So our request is to concern department to take any proper strict actions and allow us  to seat in viva and also provide right information about why our fees is increased and also tell us where our fees will be allocated and also tell us  reason of charging Every amount of fees where is being used .

It's not about money it's all about stopping exploitations of students and also snatching our Constitutional rights by university administrations.
