I’ve recently finished my cert 3 in education support and wish to help as many teachers and students as possible. 
Having one extra pair of hands in a classroom is beneficial for all students and teachers. 
for example, the students then get to hear things explained 2 ways, there is always extra eyes watching you make sure no one is injured or having a hard time and it keeps everything running very efficiently. 
1 teacher to 20+ students is outdated and half the reason students stop attending school because they aren’t getting the support they need. 
Students and parents will have a second point of contact as well which means less work for the teacher to be calling parents on top of scheduling class lessons etc. 

so what am I asking? I am asking for 20,000 signatures to then continue my communication with local government to get this petition into parliament to gather funding and policy change.
