The rights and pay conditions of our Classroom Assistants in Northern Ireland needs addressing. 
The men and woman who do this essential role in our schools deserve the same pay and conditions as their teaching equivalents. They deserve paid holidays and permanent contracts. The same as every other Key Worker!!
