Edgenuity is an online learning program used to teach a variety of subjects. As a student, I have noticed many peers have complaints about this program.

The sound quality on the video instructions are inadequate. There is this static sound in the background, making it very hard to concentrate on the lesson. Yes, there is closed captioning to read if it's hard to follow along the lesson, but the wording used is terrible and is impairing our ability to learn.

Adding onto that, the labs, quizzes and tests sometimes have questions that don't pertain to what is being taught. Some questions are also strangely worded so it's hard to understand what they are asking us to answer.

Gizmos are used as a way to help students visualize certain parts of a lesson. But, students are all in mutual agreement that they aren't very helpful. To use an example, there was a game used where you are supposed to shoot at a black hole. This particular gizmo was just that. It was just the student shooting lasers at a black hole with no context behind it. This does not help us learn about space at all.
