Eddie has to step down

Eddie has to step down
The Issue
Hi there . My name is Isaiah Elmer Duncan-Jackson , I go by Zay for short . After I left hawaii I came to LA with nothing but a dream to act . So I audition and got into this theatre academy at LACC. Same place Morgan freedom and mark hamil went to back in the day . Me being the cousin of Michael Clark Duncan . I didn’t right away tell anyone so I got in my self on my own merit . The academy day go from 9:30-5ish every day Monday-Thursday . I would come in and use open theatre on the weekends . Inspired to continue the legacy . I found my self helping others and getting involved with school . Over time I been gaining popularity in LA making celebrity friends and getting invited from this private release party to this celebrity party . Teachers have been treating me differently giving me A’s I know I didn’t deserve , like did I worked hard for that B! Or students getting jealous and doing horrible stuff like start rumors , call me late at night with private phone call death threats , stealing my stuff. I was being bullied which is weird since I been so nice to everyone and helpful. I told the chairman who thought it would be best I leave the academy but I love the a Academy and needed to learn how to be a good actor. He a old white male insisted with his own bias . He made fun of me being autistic. He made fun of my dead parents to my face. He made me cry which is really hard to do by the way. He abused his power and wants to have me expelled for my “own good”. Screw that I deserve to be at the academy like everyone else. I talked to other students and he has been running the theatre horribly with $0 budgets on the plays student ran, the techs aren’t even getting paid. It’s a toxic environment for some and I won’t stand for it . My middle name after my uncle Elmer Dixon. The blacks panther leader of Seattle taught me to fight injustice . The detective who raised me always taught me to do the right thing even if it’s hard . Well this is happening . We are going to do a silent protest . Get a news team out and make Eddie step down and give the position to someone better fitted who cares about the students ! Early retirement for Eddie starts now. If you support me or someone with my story of facing injustice . Please join this movement .
