Easton Park has fostered some of the best local food trucks in South Austin — Cenizo, Sweet Bites, Mekin, Toast & Tikka, Tu Rincón Venezolano, Taqueria Monarca, and more. These small businesses aren’t just vendors; they’re our neighbors, friends, and the heart of our community.

But now, their future is being threatened by a landowner who has failed to keep promises, engaged in harassment, fraud, and used unfair practices that jeopardize the very businesses that make Easton Park thrive.

We cannot allow these food trucks to disappear. Without them, Easton Park loses not only incredible food but also community, culture, and connection.

We, the residents of Easton Park and the South East Austin area stand with our food truck owners. We demand fair and ethical treatment so they can continue to serve and remain a vital part of our neighborhood.
