Eastbourne Borough Council (EBC) have stopped public and club access to tennis courts gifted by the Duke of Devonshire (circa 1879).

Denying public and club access to grass court will hinder the success of future tennis generations as well as terminating one of the longest tennis heritage's in the world!

EBC are focused on commercial tournaments instead of continuing 140 yrs of club history. 

We are seeking public awareness and support for this important local matter so that we can convince EBC to reinstate public and club access to our beloved courts.
