We would like to petition the East Lyme School District to maintain the current educational model that is in place (2 days per week of zoom for Virtual Vikings). For Virtual Vikings, this is extremely important for our health, mentally and physically, as well as our general well-being. Please note, a group of the Virtual Vikings have created a letter in order to oppose the newly proposed schedule to zoom 4 days per week rather than two. We, as Virtual Vikings, feel it is not in our best interest to change a schedule that is already in place and is working. We plan on addressing the Board of Education at a meeting, as a group, to make this request in person.
