Maybe together we can make a change for future games, or at the very least, get the NFL to take away EA’s exclusive right to make NFL games.

 

EA is still using the same game engine from when the PS3/Xbox 360 were out (PS4 and Xbox released late 2013 while Frostbite 3 was release early 2013) but they make billions and can’t make a new engine since 2013? You’d think at least after 10 years on the same engine they would have fixed these bugs.

 

That’s correct, EA is STILL using the same engine to make Madden 23 (and working on 24, and all other EA Sports games) with the same engine that made the Maddens on PS3 and 360. They have made billions in that timeframe and can’t put funds towards a new engine? Nope, they just pump out the same copy/paste broken coding year after year from the same broken engine and then put all their focus on how to sell more Madden Points.

 

EA is also constantly permanently banning people for no reason with their broken anti-cheat system. They are robbing thousands of customers by taking away their ability to play a game they paid $60+ for and banning them so they can no longer even access any parts of the game.

 

Every new promo release is broken in multiple ways. From wrong card stats, to broken sets, to missing rewards, and challenges not counting. Not a single field pass has worked this year without missing rewards or tracking issues completing challenges.

 

The in-game store is a pure, in your face, no shame money grab. The amount of money for a bundle is absurd, and then combined with the pack odds of pulling anything good, you have about a 2-3% chance of getting a useable card after spending $100 real money. That’s almost twice what the entire game costs.

 

This game is so broken that Xbox and PlayStation should delist it from the store until it’s properly fixed like how Cyberpunk was.

 

Microsoft, Sony, NFL and the NFLPA, we are asking for your help in urging EA to try harder or lose the rights to continue destroying this game.

 

Please sign this petition if you have been banned without breaking any TOS agreement, or if you’re sick of EA making awful sports games and not even trying to do better because they have no reason to when the exclusive rights they hold keep any other company from trying to make something better. There is no competition to make them strive to do something new and better or work harder to fix what is broken. I’m not saying take away the rights completely, even though at this point they deserve it, but give another company or two or all a shot at a true and proper NFL/FIFA game.

Other studios like Xbox Studios, PlayStation Studios, Amazon Games, 2K, Epic Games, and many others I’m sure would all love to make a great football game for us all to enjoy, and why shouldn’t they be able to?

 

Please, let’s put an end to this EA robbery and try and make a change!

Banned for no reason or coins wiped for no reason when you didn’t break any TOS? Sick of broken or no content? Sick of their broken anti cheat system? Sick of putting hundreds of dollars and hours of your time into a game to have it all wiped? Sick of franchise mode breaking? Tired of your saves in EA cloud deleting? Sick of every EA game being half broken upon release, and never even getting fixed cause they already moved on to next years money grab? Sick of servers being down? Sick of no field passes working? Sick of all promos in their games being late, broken, or taken away completely? (Also, are you asking yourself what was that last Battlefield?)
