McConnell's Fine Ice Creams has been bringing joy to the masses since 1949. I recently visited this fine establishment whilst vacationing in Santa Monica, California. I entered expecting ice cream. I exited a changed person.

The Earl Grey Tea and Shortbread Cookies flavor was amazing! It was refreshing, delicious, and inspiring. 

I returned to the east coast longing for more. Upon emailing McConnell's, their customer service representative, though kind, informed me that they could not send this particular flavor.

Imagine the horror! Their website offers many flavors, but not this joy in a carton. 

Effectively, I was told that I am not allowed to feel joy.

After a second email to McConnell's detailing my plight, I was again denied. 

The United States was founded on the premise that we are endowed be our Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Being denied the ability to purchase McConnell's Earl Grey Tea and Shortbread Cookies ice cream prohibits me from exercising my rights.
