I’m not asking to make marijuana illegal, but I do want something to change when it comes to  smoking it in duplexes/apartments.

I have neighbours that smoke up in the basement and because housing is built so poorly these days the smell comes directly into my kids rooms. (I should add we rent our half and they own there’s, landlord cannot do anything about it) 

My entire basement stinks and there is no escaping it. This is our house too!  Something should be done about this. It is not fair to our kids... we have to stand up for our children the ones suffering here. The ones that cannot speak up when there feeling the effects of second hand smoke...

we have mentioned it and talked about it with our neighbours multiple times and nothing is changing. We feel we have done what we can (using  scented candles And scenties open windows etc) to try and keep the smell minimum but nothing helps 

What I ask is they do it outside or in there vehicle just not in the house where we will smell it and where our kids have to suffer. 

I’m sure we are not the only ones having this issue so please help us!
