We live in a neighbourhood with a significant amount of vandalism and burglaries due to the lack of CCTV and gate installations. This situation has become a peril for our families and children. Every day, we risk our safety while navigating our surroundings.

The lack of gates, which were promised to us when purchasing our properties for the car parking areas, has become more than an inconvenience.
Installing safety gates in these areas could significantly reduce or eliminate already reported issues such as difficulty finding parking space, burglaries, damages, and non-resident parking.
The lack of lighting in the car parking area has become a life-threatening issue, making it easy for burglars to break into our cars.
Additionally, we are at risk of tripping, slipping, and falling due to reduced visibility.

The lack of CCTV has resulted in the police closing all reported cases of burglaries and damages without resolution.
