Peter Crouch has announced his retirement on Friday the 12th of July. He is an incredibly respected player across the world for his wise words and amazing goal scoring ability. He deserves to be denounced as an Icon for an excellent goal ratio with England, something that few others didn't have at the time of playing (44 games, 22 goals) but more importantly, because he cares about the fans and we love him back; regardless of footballing rivalry.

It would significantly mean a lot if Peter Crouch was an Icon in FIFA 20 because of how unique a player he was, and that he was loved by all whom played the game.

If Crouch isn't an Icon, we carry on packing people we potentially won't like as Icons but if we get Crouch, with that enviable physicality in the air and that awesome goal scoring ability - then he would be used by all and loved by all.
