Dear EA and (Disney) Lucasfilm Creative Group,

In November 2017, gratefully you released another, second Star Wars Battlefront game to us, the fans. We were incredibly grateful and thankful for it... Despite it having free DLC, which the majority of gamers thought would be a great thing, no more paying for the game modes and game achievements like Battlefront '15, expectations were very high. I myself preordered the Beta in 2016, though I ran out of money and couldn't recieve it because it was a "pay when you receive it" type of payment method, so my dad ended up paying for the game for me, a month before Christmas that year, no less. My mom was furious with him (lol). This only goes to show HOW excited I was to receive the game and start playing online with thousands, millions (really) of other players from around the nation and globe.

Yes, each free DLC drop came with its share of glitches, and even though the next upcoming DLC drop came with, yet again, it's own set of glitches, this game still had (has) a loyal following (people willing to still enjoy and play it). This went on for months and two years. Various types of events happening and character outfits dropping for gamers to receive, one way or another (and very wrongly organized, in my opinion).

Then, came the hyped and much-expected and consecutive Clone Wars DLC drops. I don't know about a lot of the previous upgrades/downloads and/or about the various game events in prior months & last few years, but I think I can speak for every Star Wars: The Clone Wars fan when I say... We (well, Clone Wars era fans) loved and enjoyed all the mode, map, glitch fix, character  & character card alterations/updates, and newer character drops that happened during that time period, but we (the fandom and Star Wars Battlefront 1/2 gamers), are feeling incredibly jipped that Ahsoka Tano, Rex, R2-D2, Mace Windu, Qui-Gon Jinn, or Poe Dameron were not added as Heroes in at least Star Wars Battlefont 2. Where there are a TON of glitches that EA/DICE could have fixed before they decided to stop updating this game, we definitely feel jipped that Ahsoka Tano or Poe Dameron were not added as heroes before the "update shutdown," if you will, of this awesome game, that had and has so much potential.

PLEASE re-consider abandoning this game, and fixing the disproportionate amount of prequel and sequel trilogy heroes and villains in this game. Also, fixing the leftover glitches in this game, such as gamers playing a game and the game freezing and then those players being kicked not only out of their game, but all the way back to their console home screens.

Please, PLEASE fix these issues!
