Why do I say we should no longer have uniform?

Our bottoms are khaki so when girls r on their period n they leak thru their panties sometimes its very visible. This can be embarrassing and humiliating for any girl. On top aren’t able to express themselves with just a plain uniform. Different teenagers have different styles and would like to express that and be comfortable in what they are wearing. Having no uniform would make school more enjoyable for all of us who attend this school.
Then, instead of enforcing uniform they can enforce all students MUST have their ID on. All the staff at the school speak about how everyone should have their ID on, but this isn’t being enforced enough at all? The school already has HORRIBLE security all around, so if the school is so worried about being able to identify students and “that’s why we have uniform” then enforce ID. You’d be surpised how much simply no longer being forced to wear uniform would make a difference in a teenagers comfort at school.
