This petition is to bring awareness to the fact that universities are forcing students to write contact tests/exams and practicals during a time of crisis. We as students are pleading with our lecturers and HOD to allow us to write the remaining tests/exams for this year online as the Corona virus is peaking once again. The responses we have received from our lecturers and HOD is shocking to say the least. It is evident from their responses that they don't understand the dangers students are facing by still coming to campus during this time. Students aren't the only ones who will be affected if something were to go wrong, their families will alps be affected. Therefore we have created this petition to ban contact tests/exams and practicals until the virus has flattened out. Please help us to make our voices heard by sparing a moment of your time to sign our petition. We as students are worried about our health and safety during this period of time. We are putting our lives at risk whilst other instutues of higher education are allowing their students to write online.
